“Kan-Farm” Initiative

As a continuation of Return Hope’s ONE TOWN Initiative and school construction, Return Hope International has begun the KAN FARM Initiative. The KAN FARM Initiative is to secure approximately 50 hectares (or 125 acres) of farmable property next to the WINGS OF GRACE School to grow food for the school children and staff. As the school construction is preparing to begin construction the 4th floor(Feb 2017), land values of the adjacent properties are increasing in price. The school needs to secure the land to be able to raise food to feed, in the long range vision, approximately 1,000 children and staff. The KAN FARM Initiative is to purchase property adjacent to the school to insure long term self-sustainability of the school.2016-03-22 01.00.12

Donation Levels:
Hectare Hero – $10,000

Appetizer Acre – $5,000

The Bugiri region of Uganda Africa receives ~45” of rainfall annually (~10” more than Iowa). With their tropical climate, food crops can be grown nearly year around. The top soil is extremely deep and productive, rivalling the very best ground in Iowa.

Return Hope International is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization so your donation will be tax deductible.

Thank you for prayerfully considering an investment which will impact so many lives. “That which you do for the least of these, you do unto me.” – Jesus in Matthew 25:40.
